If you enjoy something scary and mysterious, then Resident Evil would be the perfect entertainment for you. As far as the live-action films vs. the video games, watching them through the films would be more satisfactory if you would want to just watch it all happen, whereas if you would want to live it through your own way then you would play the video games. Resident Evil is mainly about a deadly virus that breaks out in a small fictional city named Raccoon City, and slowly but surely everybody starts to get infected by it and soon turn into the undead, aka zombies in both the video games and the films. Whenever people ask me what prefer, I always answer by responding to them that I personally really enjoy both of them respectively for their own individuality and differences. The main differences of the video games and films is that in the films, their is a character named Alice, whom is a clone and is the protagonist while in the video game franchise, she is not present. In the video games, you play as all sorts of various characters that all relate to the storyline.
